New simulator at club

We raised money for this last year and it went in toward the end of the year. Good timing with all the bad weather.

The pro has posted some great YouTube clips of people giving it a go including a couple of LPGA pros:

Not played a full round on it myself just a few practice hits and a go in the nearest the pin comp but mates have and say its a great bit of kit.

Also being used for night lessons which have had very positive comments about and can be hired out for groups etc.

funnily enough my club got one about a week ago, only trouble is no one knows how to use it, even the guy they sent to set it up:rofl::rofl:

I'm jealous. I want something like this for our club as well. Can't see it happening, though, we would not even have a suitable room to build it in.

But I think it is a great piece of equipment for a club to have, especially if they want to attract younger players.

Heysham has just had one put in too. Really want to book a slot and have a go, but slots are an hour and it takes 20 mins to get there and 20 mins back. I only get an hour for lunch!

don't have one at the club, but I do go to urban golf a few time over the winter. Sims are good fun and pretty accurate too.
