New shineys for the season?

What are you using this season that is different from last year.
New bag, driver, irons, shoes, lecy trolley, putter, GPS etc etc etc?

Don't forget to photograph it/them for your insurance just in case some unwashed peasant takes a shine to it/them.

Can't count my irons because I played with them last year.

My wife asked me yesterday, "are you finished now?" I told her "ye kinda"...."well no, ill never be finished"

Interesting you should ask this Bob. The only genuine new bits of kit are the Z-Star X golf ball and lob wedge. But now I can use my 3 wood and 3 iron it feels like those are 'new' clubs for this season.

If the swing keeps maturing as it is there'll finally be a driver in there come August!

That's what happens when you can't get out to play for a year and have to spend your golf time/money on internet auction sites and browsing in local pro/golf shops instead, not to mention indulging in a bit of emotional blackmail.

Mizuno MX-300 irons, finally decided it was time to replace my first set which were RAM irons I bought in Dunnes Stores about 6 - 7 years ago. Notice a massive difference which probably explains why I had 21 points on the front 9 yesterday, don't ask about the back 9

I bought a Trooper Electric Trolley off ebay yesterday
Should give me an extra 15 shots i think. haha

Only cost me £67.48 and that was with a bag

2 new putters so far and the best driver on the market.


Will be going for a block of lessons with a pro who has a great reputation in the area. They are going to be quite costly but worth it I hope.
