Scores from rounds using fairway mats during the winter season only on closely mown areas can be qualifying scores in Scotland as well. It's a general CONGU rule. Watch out for temporary greens and any reductions in the lengths of holes using temporary tees. More than two temporary greens or a course shortened by over 100 yards and you won't be able to put in a card.
