New clus suggestion

You are contemptible ligger with the all the internet ettiquette of a burberry clad chav. We do not want to utilise the services of a site built by robots, powered by lasers and owned by a moron. If you had anything of value to offer any form of business acumen would tell you to go through proper channels and pay the going rate to advertise legitimately.

The foroummers on here are folk of impeccible good taste who would not waste their hard earned cash lining the pockets of a two bit wide boy with no nous, conscience, shrewdness or expertise. What does a monosyllabatic Del Boy like you actually know about golf anyway.

I suggest you take your dodgy site somewhere where it my be appreciated like planet Todays Golfer whose readership go positivley orgasmic at the mere mention of the words TaylorMade. Don't bother posting on here unless to join in a thread and do not think about such blatant product placement less someone inserts a golf ball into the same area your verbal diarrohea emits. Be warned it will be an unplayable lie

On a lighter note i DON'T have impeccible taste, so Homer doesn't speak for all of us with his entire diatribe, however the rest is about right so just Pish off and sell your wares to a different audience.

Hi there folks

I am on the verge of upgrading drives/woods and irons, have the cheap dunlop stuff you get from Sports Direct at the mo, but feel as though I should move on to some decent stuff. I dont have a handicap but feel as though I am getting better, will also be having lessons soon. Anyway, just wondering about advice from you guys about what clubs you think would suit me best?

Cheers

No one really knows without seeing you play and knowing your standard. Nothing wrong with Dunlop (I have a 3 wood in my bag)till you get to grips with the game. It also depends on what you are willing to spend. Any of the middle of the range stuff will serve you well (hippo/slazenger/wilson/Ram and several others all have reasonably priced decent sets for the improving golfer)and preferably get them measured for you.If someone had 1000 quid to spend on kit and were relatively new to the game I would say "spend no more than 300 on kit and 700 on playing fees and lessons."

If you follow the idea that the biggest name and biggest price will improve your game that would be 98% fantasy and an expensive pretty kit in your bag for any golfer new to the game. My advise is to get your game to the level you can really utilise the top of range kit before buying, there is plenty of good kit out there, just go try some out because what feels best to you is most likely to be best for you.

WOW! Thanks for all your replies guys, much appreciated! I am gonna have a few lessons soon, I am thinkin g something like the wilson deep red irons, but will have to see. Rest assured after lessons and lots of equipment trying i'll let you know how it goes!

Again many thanks for all your comments!

Hi tiger.
Not long been playing either. I got alone of a mates old set of clubs and i've been steadily replacing them with my own clubs over the last couple of month. I got the wilson di7 irons which i find really easy to hit and with the new di9's coming soon there will be some good deals going.
But i'm sure you'll have fun trying lots of gear.

Homer.

I'm a tad disappointed. Don't hold back and sit on the fence.

Why don't you say what you really think? ;) ;)
