Hi
I'm planning a new 3 wood, currently use R7 stiff shaft, but seems to balloon to high. Have a rbz 2 rescue 19', seems to go almost as far when hit right. Can get RBZ 2, 3 wood TP, online for £110. Some demo days are coming up so might get a chance to try the latest TM, Callaway offerings. Has anyone tried the new stuff, is it worth the higher price, or do I take a chance on the online one. I know I should try the demo one's, just looking for some pointers. Thanks for any advice.

I am actually debating dropping a 3 wood for a hybrid

mine is the rbz stage 2 HL so 17 degrees. Just trialled a stage 2 tour 18.5 and its almost as long as the 3 wood but much easier to hit but still not right for me. Mind you I was gonna drop a hybrid for the 4 iron but after today I think not lol.

I guess it depends on handicap and if your drives leave you needing a 3 wood length regularly or if you need it for short par 4 tee shots.

definitely try before you buy.
