I presume the harem of sexy ladies can't make it then? In which case if it were me it would be round in the morning, lunch, down the range to work on my game and home for the footie results.
Pizza and golf on the TV in the evening. Depending on the weather (looks dodgy for Sunday) either another game (maybe at another course) orif it is wet a bit of short game practice and then watch the sport on the box til the missus got home

I would play golf, obviously.
Other than that do what I am doing saturday night. We are going for a curry first then its on the lash we go in search of beer and lapdancers.

If I was so lucky, it would go something like this
Fri night- beer, sky sports, laptop
Sat am.- 18 holes, pm.- soccer saturday on sky, evening- beer, sky sports, laptop.
Sun am.- 18 holes, pm.- super sunday on sky with couple of beer, laptop, welcome missus home and tell her how the weekend was dull without her and kids.
Carlsberg dont do weekends, but if they did..............

Presuming the wife leaves the house spick and span, try and keep it that way tonight.
If you have to work tomorrow at least you won't muck the house up. Takeaway for tea. (Dispose of the rubbish in the bottom of the bin out of sight)
Go out Friday night and get leathered.
Work your hangover off on the golf course Saturday morning.
Enjoy a pub lunch, avoid alcohol!
Go to a golfing friends house for the footie results, you may get fed too!
Offer to take friend out in appreciation of meal. Get leathered, try and blag a night on his couch.
Upon waking, suggest a round of golf.
Play your round, enjoy a clubhouse lunch.
Back home, ruffle the quilt a bit,sit down and watch telly with a cuppa in time for the return of the missus.
She'll come home and you'll get instant brownie points for keeping the house tidy!
The ruffled quilt will also bear witness that you slept in your own bed last night!!!!!!
Obviously I'd do none of the above!!!!

I quite like the way this thread is going, what to do when the good lady wife leaves you to your own devices for the weekend.
For me it would be local pub for a pie and a pint on Friday night. Saturday morning would be fry up at the club followed by a leasurely 18 holes. Pint afterwards and a spot of lunch then home in time to spend the afternoon in front of the 6 nations rugby. Follow that with another stroll down the pub, dial a curry from there then walk home in time for food and day 3 of the cricket.
If only I could persuade her to go and see her mother on Saturday.
