Never Easy

Its never easy being a Fulham fan. 1-0 up against a decent Italian side in Roma and down to ten men we concede with fifteen seconds to go. Fulham are the only club I know to consistantly promise much and come away with nothing. You'd think supporting them since 1974 I'd have learnt by now. If we'd won I'd have been confident on qualifying but hard to see how we'll get results in Rome and Basle. I guess we'll have to beat CSKA and hope results go our way. COuld be worse. I could be an Everton fan tonight!

Good game I thought though - and against decent opposition there is certainly no shame in a draw.

The goal was very well taken, just typical it was the final attack of the game when it looked like you had done enough to hang on.

I tend to agree, Roma are not easy to beat and Fulham have shown themselves capable more than once and been pipped, lets hope they get their just rewards.
