Having sold the Motocaddy I won in the raffle I have money burning a hole in my pocket. I bought a Powacaddy cart bag about 18 months ago but, already, two of the flimsy zips are broken & the stitching on one of the pockets is coming away. Didn't really like it that much at the time, with "Powacaddy" emblazoned all over it - they don't pay to advertise their products!

I want a good, strong cart bag, predominantly black (look at my Forum name) Not too bothered about price but it must be quite big with lots of pockets. What does anyone recommend?

I have a sun mountain sync cart bag, completely black with some grey outlines available to purchase. Plenty of pockets, and easily used on a trolley

Not entirely sure. Possibly because the colours are slightly more obvious. The one I have (which can be purchased ;) ) is really subtle with the secondary colour

Thanks for suggestions, folks. Really like the look of this one but why is it a ladies? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/SunMounta...138663?hash=item1a01f75f27:g:cTEAAOSw~gRViXU3

I have exactly the same bag except mine is black and red and didn't know it was a ladies one. I bought it in a sale for £90 and think its stunning to look at. lots of room, plenty of pockets, 14 way divider and a full length front putter slot. And it keeps its shape even with all winter clothes etc.

Definitely recommended!

I have the Sun Mountain Sync bag and am very happy with it. Good number of well arranged pockets and a good amount of storage for waterproofs etc. The only down side is that it is not waterproof, showerproof yes but play 18 in a downpour and the contents will be wet.

Nike performance golf bag is in my opinion the most well thought out and well designed bag on the market! When I had the trolley I used this bag and it was truly awesome, the only feature it didn't have was waterproof, however it did have 2 very waterproof pockets that were tested.

I think the newer " performance 2 " is waterproof

Think you for that, I'm very tempted now.
