I would still argue that their policy of releasing new drivers at an alarming frequency is doing the golf industry no good at all. But fair play to the customer service.

Callaway have always impressed me with their customer service, I was playing out in Spain about 15 years ago when my Biggest Big Bertha shaft snapped and the head flew in to a lake about 30 yards in front of the tee. I couldn't retrieve the head and thought i'd lost a £400 (price at the time) club that i'd only had several months. However, I spoke to their customer services and sent them the remains of the shaft and I received a brand new driver. I was absolutely shocked and eternally grateful. I always look at their range of products when considering new stuff purely because they are a class act.
