My Man Drawer

Brave man! here is one of my man drawers.. this is an old chest of drawers and i have 4 drawers like this! oops!

Jings! that was a worthwhile job.

Hidden away amongst the pile of receipts, batteries, tees, keys and key holders [12] Etc Etc was an old wallet with £200 stuffed in it.
I had squirreled it away for spending money for LAST years holiday and totally forgotten about it.
I had sold a couple of paintings I no longer wanted and thought I would surprise the head gardener.
She was surprised this morning not so much as to immediately claimed half of it
 
I can guarantee there is less then 23p in my draw! dont know how you could forget £200!!! Nice find though!! i am off to look in weird places round my house for cash!!
 
check your winter coats pockets!

I always seem to find £20's that I hide away as future presents for myself ;)

My man draw, isn't a man draw, it's a man area.

Contains only golf stuff.

6 Dozen new (boxed) Pro V's
Bag containing few hundred 2.3/4 tees
2 pairs of Footjoys
Stroke Savers (Various courses)
Pail with 160+ pick up balls
2 bag towels
... And finally my golf bag and clubs.

I may post a picture tonight when I get 5 minutes.

I've just moved onto my 3rd shed. 1 full of tools, 1 full of firewood and the third is going to be full of the kids bikes and stuff. Strangely enough, my favourite is the firewood shed. Full of Oak logs from a neighbours tree that we cut down.....

Different world isn't it. I'm happy if I ever find a fiver in my trousers before I stick them in the wash. I'd certainly know if I had 200 notes missing ;)

I was in the property maintenance business, I have a wife and 2 kids and I play golf so I have lawn mowers, chop saws, cement mixer, wheel barrows, billions of hand tools and bits and pieces, 5 bikes, 90 golf clubs, two bags, 2 trolleys, 10 buckets of balls some loft insulation stuff, garden chairs, some timber which is probably bowed by now, actually I feel sick just thinking about the chaos out there... :mad:

...will probably be 5 sheds by next year :angry:
