its 100 percent the truth, the hole was 378 yards and it went through the green and i measured it on my garmin g3 measure shoot function. i have never hit a ball that far before. i have hit the odd 300 yard drive but that was massive it was a callaway cxr ball which is quite hard

I was playing with germany's long drive champ the other week. Down hill par 5, 30mph gust behind us and hard fairways. He hit his 50 inch long 4 degree driver 450. Get on remax's web site and sign up

Remarkable handicap cutting record for someone who just started playing in December 2012. Nearly 13 shots cut including a 4 shot cut and more recently a 3 shot cut. Most which has been achieved on poor courses with sodden fairways and uneven or winter greens. You must be a natural sportsman who simply succeeds and succeeds very quickly.

Well Homer, I've seen former world long drive champ Joe Miller in action and when he won it one of his early drives ( not in the final) was 414 yards. So do I believe this post under any "normal" conditions - mmmmmmmmmmmmm got to say NOPE!

Not to validate his claims but in 18 months of golf I got my first handicap of 17 and then got down to 11.7 AND drove the ball 378 yards... Once... Although I did have a handful in the 320 range...
Its not impossible to do but I shudder when I think how much I spent on lessons, it was easily twice what I spent putting together my first set of proper golf clubs (not my £120 starter set)!
