Can anybody beat this?

from my house (one of those at the bottom) to the first tee (at the top) is about 5mins walk (1 min drive).

Near enough. Probably just under two minutes drive from my front door to the club car park. Also it's no more than 20 yards from the bottom of my garden to the 6th tee, which comes in very handy if I just fancy popping out for a few holes!!

Was very impressive wasnt it James The only other time had as good was a charity day at Abbey Hill in Milton Keynes, we came off the back of the 15th and one of my playing partners missus came to their back fence and handed us 4 cold peronis - perfect on a hot day as it was

That's pretty cool, I would love to be able to buzz the wife and get her to throw 4 bacon sarnies over the fence. I'm close to my course but not that close unfortunately. If I get an empty road I can get from my driveway to the car park in 3 minutes. Very handy for when you "do a smiffy" and forget your GoKart battery but only realise 15 minutes before your tee time, home and back in under 10 minutes, on the tee ready bang on time.
