I dont get this? 10-99 two digit numbers so thats 90. its along time since I've been to school so probably got this wrong

I found 10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19, 21.31,41,51,61,71,81,91 ! Which is a few more than 8 !!

There is only one positive integer which is exactly twice the sum of its digits. Find this two digit number.

You may be correct but its not the answerbit easy that, could only be an even number less than 20
