Playing there at the end of April and aint played there so what is it like?

Looks nice as you dissect it on the train, must be decent as it's now got Final Qualifying status.

Come on then, those that have played it spill the beans, should I be looking forward to it or not??

I like it. Its quite long and very open so you can spray it about a bit but still score good. The greens were in pretty good when i played it last but the bunkers werent the best. Should enjoy it though :).

Played there three weeks ago.... liked it so much I applied to join :D

The course was in excellent condition for the time of year, and like Owen says the width of the fairways gives you the opportunity to give it the ol' YAHOO off the tees, but I'm sure they'll grow the rough in at some point during the season - oh, and 18 is a nasty way to finish!!

enjoy!

Yup, a good un.Not played it for a couple of years, but if I recall, the lack of tree's is made up in the summer by the rough!

The pro is also one of Scotlands top putting coaches iirc.

It's a goody, Dodger. I've played it many times and usually enjoy it. Some nice holes. Quite long. Always a good drive to get it over the ridge on the 18th. I'd join, too, actually. Enjoy.
