Motocaddy m5gps

Hi all I’ve got a motocaddy m5gps I’m having a problem with it it’s suddenly stops and a T shape appears we’re the speed number is
it’s done it a few times I’ve contacted Motocaddy and they say it’s not up to date but I’ve tried updating it but it’s up to date fit’s only 13 months old they advise me to take it to a repairer
I was wondering if anyone else has had a problem with there’s

I did a factory reset about 3 weeks ago maybe that’s the problem I’ll have another go

I have a motocaddy M5 dhc gps that is around a year old, the screen is broken does anyone have any idea how I go about replacing it? Can I buy a replacement screen and replace it at home or do I have to change the whole handle? If I can buy a replacement screen please inform me where I can do so.
