You may be aware that I am a (reformed - almost 4 months sober!) putter ho', having had dozens of the things in the last few years. Settled on the current victim since October and haven't looked back! One of the cheapest I bought too (£45), particularly when compared to the several three figure sticks I bought and rapidly sold.

So, what in the bag comes and goes quickly for you? What is the revolving door of the bag? And what has put a fix to it?

If none of the above applies to you, shame on you for being sensible.

I have changed everything multiple times until getting selected for the TM fitting. I have swapped out the irons since but the rest is there to stay so apart from a putter change which again is staying my bag is almost 12 months old clubs wise, thats a mini miracle for Mr Drunken Ebay bargains :)

(just got a twinline 3 for 40 quid though :p )

Nothing has changed in my bag for about 18 months - I hold my head on shame ( well more in pain actually, I had a molar extracted today!)

Id guess Ive been through more putters than the OP lol. Its the only club I chop and change and tend to usually have a current favourite and then 1 or 2 others on audition :) Invariably I revert back to the Scotty Kombi currently, albeit the initial signs from the Futura X are definitely positive

Same as you, putters. Recently had one in the bag and six in the naughty cupboard. Have recently sold three (Scotty, Ping Craz-e, and Ping Anser). Now stick to Odyssey Mallet #9 in winter, and Bettinardi in summer. I think the best advice is to have just one putter at all times. If you buy a new one, trade in or sell the old one, otherwise there is always the temptation to go back to the old one.

i suppose at the end of the day, you should learn to hit what you have, the grass is always greener, looking for a quick fix etc.

i would not give up on somthing untill i could hit it, then find something better;)

Down to three putters now. Odyssey Tank #1 - definitely the least favourite. My Ping Anser 2 from the early 80's - needs a new shaft now but still a lovely feel and the Odyssey ProType Tour milled #9. Lovely feel and working well so staying put for the foreseeable.

Well only been playing seriously for 5 years

In that period I have had 3 Drivers , 3 sets of irons and 3 putters.

Everything lasting 2 years so far bar the Irons
