More than Hairdryers from Fergie

Something Man U will win this year is biggest bunch play acting, ref pressuring whiners. Sure every team has their own special guy - Suarez, Van Persie etc but Fergie has done a grand job on the training ground with this lot.

Eh up, their 2010-11 player of the year, Howard Webb, has just thrown a lifeline. Pity David Oh Dea has still to have his moment in this game.

I hate Man utd and their cheating scummy diving idiots with a passion. Complete and utter terrible referee who has given Man Ure at least a draw.

Funny no mention of the 2 penalties they should have had in the first half, which would also have meant Cahill would have to have been sent off.

But lets not let the facts get in the way of having a go at United

The first one they got was definitely a penalty, the second a bit dodgy but can see why the ref gave it from his angle.

Would you all have been up in arms if the free kick from Mata nearthe end had went in and won the match, which was not a free kick or is it ok as it was against United......:blah:

This is one of many reasons I gave up my season ticket for Chelsea and took up Golf. Their are no dodgy decisions in golf and its my own fault if something doesnt go right. My temper is now very controlled.

Where exactly were the dives for the penalties today? Evra clear penalty. Welbeck one was a bit more debatable but only because it wasnt done on purpose it was unfortunate which is why I believe he didnt get a 2nd yellow. If that happened anywhere else on the pitch no one would utter a word, still a foul as he has prevented him from getting the ball. Cahill was also lucky to stay on the pitch early on as he would have gone for being last man. Own goal was fortunate, so can hardly say Chelsea didnt have the luck either. Over all a fair result and one of the best games of the season to watch, both teams attacking well.

Sturridge got the ball not the man and Welbeck decided to trip himself over Ivanovic. Cahill was a foul but is was not a CLEAR goal scoring oppotunity and he wasnt the last man, yellow card would of been fine and a free kick. Own goal was a little fortunate but yet again a sour taste left by a referee on the side of Man Utd.

Debatable if Sturridge got the ball but even if he does he takes the man first and takes him out. Welbeck was getting his footing ready for a shot doesnt dive and its soft but still a pen as I said anywhere else on the pitch these are fouls and no one says anything. Funny how lots of people will mention how the ref cost them. What about torres and not shooting 6 yards out? Cahill was stopping Welbeck if he gets a touch hes shooting hes on the edge of the box so as he would have gone onto shoot I believe that is a proper goalscoring opportunity as he would have gone one on one, so he would have gone. Its gone round both teams deserved a point at the end.

Absolute codswallop mate

Watch it again later on MOTD2 and this time take your United hating glasses off:whistle:

Also dont remember the big fuss on here a couple of weeks ago when Webb failed to send Ballotelli off against Spurs before he went on to win the match, or is that alright because it helped Uniteds rivals to 3 points:mmm:

Can i ask a question to all that thought the challenges were not penalties

If they were on Chelsea players would you have thought differently?

I thought that Webb made 2 wrong decisions. 1st was the Cahill challenge and 2nd was the Sturridge challenge, so on the whole it was balanced.
