More snow

Played 9.10 Friday morning, new course, great drainage, all summer greens (but a few tee mats), bitter winds + half an hour of light snow. 2 birdies (1 so close to an eagle) + good company, + used new (well ok, previously owned) Wilson 3i hybrid to good effect.

(Won't mention the quad & 2 triple bogies)

So much better than work!

Can't wait for my other new clubs to arrive (Titleist 3 wood + King Cobra irons (not mizuno!! )

No snow here at the moment. I thought there would be a thick frost but it doesn't look it outside. Yesterday was sooo cold, when trying to take a shot or a put my nose and eyes where running like mad.

Blue sky's and wall to wall sun down here, but is it a tad cold.

Had a little frost but still playing normal greens and not to hard.

Only had time to do 9 holes but better than nothing.

Had a little snow here last night in Herts,probably less than 1/2".

I was supposed to be playing Luton Hoo at 12:30 but they are on temps so I don't fancy it. Most snow out of the shade has now melted so the course itself would be ok.

Rung my place and it's all open, greens too, but can't get a tee until gone 2pm.

Playing tomorrow morning at mine then I've got Monday off so I'm going to play Abbotsley. So weather permitting I should be ok for my fix.

Just a little peeved as I really wanted to play Luton today as I've never played it before. Maybe next weekend if I can twist my other half's arm again

Was going to go for a round this morning as the wife is working today, but there is about 1 inch of snow on the ground and the forecast for today was dry and cold?. So I will be watching the golf at 9:30 and the football this afternoon, then the wife will come home from work and make the tea, its a hard life.
