I saw the new Mizuno MP68s in the flesh last night. I rescind my previous comments about it having a fat bum. They are a seriously good looking iron, probably the best looking iron on the market at the moment. They just don't photograph well.

Also had a look at some of Pings new stuff in AG.

G15 driver = sits closed and too big
I15 driver = nice looking stick
G15 fairway = good looking stick, but not as nice as Titleist 909
G15 hybrid = Very, very, (not enough verys in the world to do it justice) ugly.
G15 irons = Pings ugliest clumpiest yet by some margin.
I15 irons = standard Ping looks, ie: clumpy, but if you like ping you will feel right at home, just don't scare the kids with them.

Not good

I am a nats nut away from blowing a lot of dosh on the 68's. All thats stopping me is lack of demo clubs at the moment.

Was kind of hoping they are dog ugly chop sticks, looks like poverty again.

The I15 are actually very sweet clubs to hit. I tried them on Sunday and was pleasantly surprised and thought they looked much better than the standard G15. Not seen any of the new Mizzy range so haven't tried them although as I've posted elsewhere the R9 iron and particularly the TP version look good

Still prefer the look of the I10 over the new long faced I15's.

Homer: I think you should spend less time trying clubs and more time hitting your own !!

There can't be a set out there you havent demo'd ?????? :D :D

Nothing wrong with trying stuff out. To be fair I promised myself a new set once I got to 10 and getting closer. I enjoy trying them and at least if someone asks for an opinion I can give them my thoughts having hit balls with them.
