No he hasn't.
He is the preferred bidder which is slightly different to buying the club.
I really don't see it getting as far as him 'buying', either.
Mind if it does then Scottish Fitbaw will have died,over a decade of corruption goes unpunished......?? No way,if that happens they may as well close the turnstiles as fans will leave the game in droves.

Thought they already have? every time I see a Scottish game on TV the grounds are nearly empty anyway unless Celtic/Rangers are involved. Who knows what is going on behind the scenes
