I went to Hestons and it was amazing. Best meal I’ve had.
Wasn’t as much a show as I’d have expected but the detail on the plate was amazing and tasted so good. Also expected not to be full afterwards and want a kfc 😂.
But was full in a nice way not bloated.
Galvin At windows Friday was ok not amazing but was a set menu so maybe not as good as if we had the a la carte.
One thing I’d say about Michelin star is I think there’s a wee bit of snobbery and luck due to location as in my home town there’s a fair amount of cracking restaurants who aren’t even noticeable but are on par or close
