Mens Senior section Versus Ladies Section

We re trying to arrange the above inter club match, as anyone got any ideas of a good format for such a competition, the criteria being fun and enjoyment with a competitive streak to it? thanks

I think you really men Intra, not Inter!

Playing it as a Match tends to make each group more serious. You could try a 'blind' Match, where each team plays another, but the opponents are in another group. Or any of the other formats that are not Match based.
