To be honest OS i had a poorish round yesterday but my partner and I won our winter league 4BBB match and I was unhappy the way I played but so long as we got the win ...... I can play better next week! This week he did the business, hopefully next week I will do it. I did start out with a good birdie though!

And I thought I was bad at picking the negatives from the best rounds. I think my influence has rubbed off a tad too much. If you can't be happy playing well and winning it is time to pack it up. Even I learned that lesson

AAC, i couldnt agree more. i think the gripe is this will go down as one of them rounds that could have been so much better. But as the saying goes every cloud has a silver lining, this week the round 1 of our winter pairs knock out, and im the one giving shots, atleast i wont have to give so many...

See... :) happy face.

We all leave shots out there. After all we are not pro's. Its how you think about those shots after that matters. Myself I just think. Hey I played well today, shame those putts did not drop. But hey roll on next time, they are going to drop. Think its called posative atitude.

I really dont understand people beating themselfs up on the course about bad shots. It only makes the next shot worse. Forget it move on put the next on the green sink the put. Par job done, enjoy and you play better.

indeed dave, thats the worst thing from the weekend, missed a bird chance from 10ft on 9th, only to be rewarded with a bogey.. didnt move on and doubled the next hole.
