Right, now that I have managed to play a couple of rounds and been to the practice area twice with these wedges I can post a little update.
Brendy, I believe that you were interested.
These wedges offer a great feel and I can only fault the standard grip which comes with the club. I have since changed this to the Golf Pride DD2 with two layers of tape.
The club spins the ball very impressively and the ball reacts. I have the 52 and the 58 and got to admit I find both are excellent and cant honestly recomend them highly enough. I love the 52 from 60 yards in, little knock down punch and watch the ball sit on its little bum like a well skelped wain. They offer great feedback and I love the feel from the cobalt head.
I love the way they sit and they inspire confidence. 58 is superb for lobs and around the greens. For £35 a pop I cant complain or fault them. Money well spent and a considerable saving as I would have paid up to £80 per wedge.
