Quick 1,has any1 used the Meet & Greet carpark service at Manchester airport as advertised through Skyparks?

You turn up at ur terminal, unload and they then park ur car up in an on-site carpark (allegedly :p)

Where they ok, was there any waiting around for ur car, etc...

cheers

Quick answer... Yes!

Did it this year at Manchester. Can't see me doing it any other way again. Brilliant, especially the speed you get away from the airport on your return.

Thx very much for replies;)

Will give this service a go this year, had an e-mail from skyparks offering 10% off or if i wait till next Mon they are offering 1% off for every gold medal GB win, come on GB upto 16% at moment:):whoo:

cheers

Father in law uses a similar service regularly, recently got back in his 7 series BMW to find some kind sole had given him the keys to a new mini! Someone must have been truly told off for that! They had to travel 60 miles each way collect them haha

One tip, document your mileage! Another tip, doule check your cars for prangs before handing over and before picking up

Ok will do;)

Not that it will matter, there will be enough juice in it to get me home and as for prangs, wifes took good care of that, amazing those parking sensors on each corner of the car ya know when you cant go any further:D

My Mum does this all the time. Just make sure it's a proper outfit....or you car will be left in Moss Side for a week.

Yes. I always take a photo of my dashboard before turning off the car.

I know a chap who left his at Birmingham and it had 56 miles extra. They'd taken it to the Derby compound for the week.

The 1 im looking at is through Skyparks and states vehicle will be parked in one of their on-site car parks, will now make sure the car is running on fumes and then put some in at airport to get me home, still work out cheaper if they decide to go on bank robbing spree in my car:D...........

Ive gone through skyparks in the past, but in multi-storie about 5 mins away from the airport. You park your car and then get taken n picked up in mini bus which ive never had a problem, but this 1 is slightly cheaper and sounds alot more convenient so,will give it ago as does sound ok...

cheers

Hey,

My company is a comparison site for uk airport parking: -
http://www.gosimply.com/airport-parking/manchester-airport/

I can't get you a discount I'm afraid because we're tied down by the prices our suppliers give us - but if you're going for meet and greet check out some of the customer reviews on my site to make sure you get a good one regardless who you book through. :)

Cheers

Ok mate thx, will av a look cheers;)

wait for the speeding ticket to drop on the mat,my mate used a similar service at London city airport, someone was done speeding in his car on the M4 3 days after dropping the car off and he was convinced his mileage had been turned back.

I flew from Manchester in July and used this service.

Quality. Just drove up and left the car with the guy. No dodgy increases in the mileage either.
