Magazine Subscription

Just noticed in my bank account that IPC have taken £16.99 out of my account,surely they can't take any money out of my account without any prior notice that they are doing so.

I only signed up for 6 months in February as you were getting a dozen balls as well ,am i now entitled to another dozen balls ?

The thing that bothers me is ,what if there wasn't enough money in the account to cover the £16.99 i would end up bank charges.

Has this happend to anyone elses? the thing is i would subscribe again anyway as i get it on time and is a great read i just don't like money coming out of my account without prior knowledge.

The thing is when you took out the subscription it did say that it was a 6 monthly direct debit - if you didn't cancel then the money would go out.

Fair enough point ,but an email saying that on such a date X amount will come out your account wouldn't go a miss, i cant remember what i did yesterday never mind 6 months ago

Sorry to hear that but it is of little concern to IPC. In this day and age this is how Large Co's make their money.

1.Reminder tomorrow. Cancel sub to IPC.
2. Enjoy the Mag for the next 6 months. It could have been something worse
