Never played on a proper links course, and by the looks of the first tee maybe never will, just out of interest do they have the red ones or were they on the other side of the beach?

Haha was playing for the power draw and as usual it never came of (thats my excuse),you'll have a hard job getting that hat back mate my 10 year olds snaffled it, he got a head like his grans soup pot

Big thanx to crawford and stevie for organising a great trip to Machrihanish.
Course was fantastic and so was the food and hospitality of the staff(first class). Some great banter too.
A great day out was had by all.
Entertainment on the bus by farneyman was excellent, kept your mind of that mad B*****D Crawfords Driving, certainly not driving to the system that day

A Big shout out has to go Crawford and Steve for organising a fantastic day! Course was a amazing (a true test of scottish golf!!)and also the facilities,staff and food were brilliant. Well done with all the prizes aswell guys! For those of you out there that have yet to sample what Machrihanish has to offer then put it in your fixture diaries a.s.a.p!! It's a must!Thanks to all the guys that turned up and made a superb day.

Crawford thanks for a great day, as Steve said before we got back to Dundee an 1230/ 1330am, I was up and on the first tee at Scotscraig at 8.08 BST, won't mention the rambling of Bobby and Steve "Michael Bubley" Kemlo on the way home, poor taste in music and their fetish for the Tarbert Hotel's SAGA party games, heckling a poor entertainer, then again his patter was pish right enough, ha ha, Anyways cheers again, see ya when the winds calms down
