Lost Clubs-I'm depressed!

ours emails all the members if something hasnt been handed back in- might 'jog' a few memories as we have some more mature gents and they can forget its in their bag

PNWokingham went straight to the pro shop after his round at Cooden to see if any of his 11 misplaced balls had been handed in.......alas non had..... However I think thats just a reflection of the type of player that was there that day.....

David Bellamy would have struggled to find those golf balls.

I've left the odd club lying around the course on a couple of occasions, and both times they were handed back in. One was a 7 iron the other was a 9.

That would have been cos they knew who's they were, the poncy head covers were a sure giveaway!

I remember playing once, at my course the 3rd and 6th share a bridge to cross the river. While approching the bridge I saw a glint in the grass, a mobile phone! The guy coming the other way, over 3 holes ahead would get back to the clubhouse before us so I alerted him and asked him if could hand the phone into the clubhouse for us.

It was his phone!
