Let's resurrect this one in light of the lifting of the gagging order. Mr Green, charming man. For an innocent he didn't half throw some money around to people who pulled him up on his behaviour. I'm looking forward to seeing this one develop, hopefully badly for him and his revolting family.

Don't get this buying your silence business one bit. In this day and age of PC. It seems the rich are still protected. Could you imagine if Weinstein was financially able to do that. He should stripped of his knighthood at the very least.

Has he been found guilty yet of anything ?
If and when he is that’s the time to take it away.
It dosnt look good for him but innocent until proven guilty is still the law.
Not that you would know it these days.

If things are true i hope PG gets all he deserves however what i find really disturbing is the parliamentary privilege aspect , if i see this correctly any MP can stand up in the house and say absolutely anything about any one who then is ,in my opinion , not able to properly defend themselves as the allegation\slander is out in the public domain. It is almost a two tier legal system where if i am in the street making allegations i can be had for slander , but because i am an MP in the house i can do whatever i want to an extent and walk away after potentially ruining someones reputation or even life .

I think they do think hard before doing it, it’s a last resort.
It is used to out people using their money or power to silence people and the press.
And once you get on the wrong side of the press they are ruthless.
But yes in the wrong hands it can ruin someone.
