I usually 'sport' about a 10 day beard growth but haven't trimmed it so far this year (until I hit my first weight loss target) and it's about and inch and a half long I guess

TBF if you have a particular cut, such as a skin fade - getting it done every 2 weeks keeps the fade right.

They use various settings on the clippers so instead of having a line at the bottom of the hair (on the back and sides) it just fades into the skin. I don't know if I've described that very well, but just Google image it maybe.

No beard but the hair getting a bit of a mess...had one back in the mid 80s for a year or so - but couldn't be bothered with it.
