Its the perfect job they could get the long term unemployed to do a day or two a week to 'earn' their benefits. And maybe it woulod have the added bonus that some of them may realise that minimum wage actually is worth getting out of bed for.
 
Why do people think its OK to do it. I have never done it and I'm pretty sure none of my children did, I brought them up to respect the outdoors and they all seem to hold the same view with their children. If it's not possible to police the problem then do we just accept it or is it possible to educate children better on the matter.
worste place in Inverness is along the canal path to one of the local schools, just full of Chrisp packets, drinks bottles and fast food wrappers. if you ever go along at Lunchtime, all you see is kids just dropping it without a care... the worste around here anyway are kids
