Lisburn Golf Club ?

I know there are some very well travelled golfers on this forum so thought i'd take advantage and ask if anyone could give me the low down on this course please ?

I've checked the website and it really looks terrific in the pictures they have but you cant beat a bit of first hand info..

I ask because i've got a national work comp there in June so a bit of inside info would be appreciated

Its a very good course, a couple of holes have water, the 6th looks like it could be at home at augusta. Narrow and long in places especially when you have to hit the odd iron of the tee on the par 4s. Typical parkland course with a couple of tricky tight par 4s and 3's. Bar 3 or 4 holes it is fairly flat, beware the hilly holes for the right clubbing.
