Letchworth Golf Club reviews

Been asked to organise a club match away vs Letchworth GC on April 17th.

Anyone ever played there? Any tips greatly appreciated.

Nice track, usually in good condition, greens were great last time I was there. Not a world beating course but pleasant enough for sure

Nice course, always in good nick. Its my nearest course but I am put off by the joining fee, the lack of tee time booking and some of the members are less than welcoming.....

I havn't played it for a while now but it was always a good members course in nice shape, its not overly long nor hilly but has a nice variety of holes, the newer few holes (I cant remember how many) are not as good as the originals but all in all a course that a variety of h/c's can enjoy and be challenged by, a nice clubhouse too, I can't comment on the welcome that will await you as I say not played it in years. There is a senior open later in the year so I might enter now you have reminded me that the course is there.

It's a club match so hopefully the welcome will be friendly enough.
