There is some Golf equipment called 'leaderborad' which is used by Stuart Appleby. Adam Scott which is supposed to improve distance and accuracy bases on Pilates.

Has anyone bought this which costs £160 and if so what is their experience please?

Had a go on one and definately see the benefit if you have trouble coiling into the right side.
