Lake Balls

Where do lake balls come from. I recently purchased 100 lake balls for 50 euro(30 titleist) and was wondering how the company can get hold of such a large quantity of lake balls. Every ball had markings of some sort. Love to know thanks.

Nets with waders. I would have thought courses in the states with lots of water and egos collect a lot of Pro V1s and other balls, some are not lake ball but found and washed and claim to be lake as its illegal to go golf ball hunting.

I think you'll find its only illegal to hunt golf balls with hounds. Otherwise its ok to dress up in a red jacket and chase them on horseback.
Still cruel though.
