So I've been having a putting crisis recently and decided I needed a heavier stick than my old Cleveland VP blade (that's now gone off to a better place) so I tried the Ping B60 at my pro shop and liked it. Sadly the Pro's price on it was out of my budget so I had a look on line and found one at AG for £69... Bargain, so I ordered it in to the Corstorphine branch.
I went over this morning to pick it up and he asked if I wanted to have a bash with it, so glad I did as I suddenly couldn't use it. He gave me a few pointers and still nowt.
Soooo, I felt my putting chasm opening up... until he said hang on a minute and brought through an Odyssey XG Rossie and said try that, bang putt after putt down the drain... Felt fantastic.
Looked at the sticker and GULP! £90 which was out of my budget (wife is being strict) but the guy must have felt sorry for me and did it at the same £69 as the Ping...
