I have never had them but being a former nurse i know they are very painful, some say worse than Childbirth that it something else i have never experienced and not likely to, being a Man.

I have one as well, had the first pain yesterday and my wife thought I was giving birth, a restless night and then agony this morning, a trip to the NHS walk in centre at 7am and £15 spent on prescriptions and I am spaced out but without pain. I hope you get better soon, and I hope we dont get another one.

Had one about 10 years ago.......worst pain I have had to endure.

yip i'm in the club too!two years ago,ended up in hospital for couple o nights till they found out what it was.had one of those scans
(you no,in the doughnut)cause x-ray wasnt showin anythin.when they showed me the picture on the computer,no sure what scale these things are but the damn thing looked the size o a tic-tac!!!ouch.canny have been cause they said i'd feel it coming out!!!more ouch.
however pain...never felt owt like it before or since

All good today, had MRI scan and nature has taken it's course , phew.
