Does anybody playing @ Chart hills on Friday in the Kent golf tour have any thoughts about playing off the yellow tees? and the fact that only winter wheels for electric and push trollies are allowed?

What have the trolley wheels got to do with anything, surely it's just to protect the course?

A for Yellows it's still a decent course of the yellows, yes I'd prefer challenging myself of the whites given the choice, but i've played it many times of the yellow and it's still long enough. This is an amature tour so needs to be appealing to all hcps not just sf long hitters.

Like Mashleyr7 I've also played it off the various tees and it's definitely a decent course off them. I did the Tour last year and there were handicaps from low single figures to 28 and the Tour needs a course everyone stands a chance of getting round

if you are catering for all handicaps, then possibly don't advertise that whenever possible White tees will be used. Also I personally don't have hedgehog wheels so it only adds extra expense to the day. Hopefully the weather will be kind and everyone will enjoy the day.

Those conditions will gave been set by Chart Hills and not KGT. The "whenever possible" suggests that Chart Hills made the ruling too as we played off whites on several venues last year if I recall correctly, also, it's still winter golf at many clubs and several won't have the white tees out yet.

Is the correct answer.

I am playing and I am a little relieved that we will be off the yellows, I have completely lost my driver swing so it's a bonus for me
