just ordered some....

Don't like adidas shoes - they never fit and I've had pairs that leak after six months or split

ermm lol could you of told me this before !!! o well i can still use them for six months !

Well, I wear Adidas Innolux shoes and have had them for a year now, with no complaints. They are comfortable, waterproof and didn't break the bank.

There's an awful lot of brand snobbery on here, methinks......... :D :D :D

did you have to get a big size to fit you ? because i am 7 and half and i ordered the size 8 for the extra little space :P

DelB - not from my perspective. I had two pairs of adidas shoes. One took forever to break in and were just downright painful to wear and the others leaked after 6 months. I got a new pair after complaining and they split after about 10 months and I couldn't be asked to change them again.

That said I'm no huge fan of Nike either as I've found them hard to break in. For me FJ just fit better (sraight from the box) and I've never had any quality issues. In fact I have a 10 year old pair of dryjoy brogues which have only just started to split in the last few months and up to a couple of years ago were my only pair so must have had at least 350-400 rounds in that time

Fair comment Homer. I know it's horses for courses.

I used to compete in mountain bike racing and some riders swore by Specialized helmets and others would only wear Giro. It's just whatever feels best to the individual.

I always like to try shoes on before I buy, so when I'm rich I get them from the pro shop, or if I'm looking for a bargain, then it's down to JJB for me.

I find adidas shoes the best, they take a couple a few rounds to break in (thick socks and plasters) but after that they are IMO the best shoes out there, I will never use Footjoy or Nike again.

They must be rank!
