Juniors to students

Just a quick question.

At my club Juniors can only play in a Senior competition if playing with a full members. It just keeps everything fair, so no one can point the finger. It's got me wondering, that whenever these juniors move into student membership should they now be allowed to play and mark eachothers cards.
Whats your thoughts on this guys?

Don't see any issues with this at all. If someone is of 'dubious character' then surely they'll be watched whether they are Junior, Student or Ordinary member ?

It's not a very trusting environment if the Student member has to play with an Ordinary member.

At our place, a Junior of 12hcp or below, may play in a Medal if there is a space available, and he plays with two adult members. That's more a Child Protection situation than anything else.
