Since Euro-nutcase Guy Verhofstadt tweeted: "John Bercow is a driven speaker and gifted orator but above all the keeper of the great British parliamentary tradition” You know he has probably gone too far in one direction.

Seems to me that he’s done his job by sticking up for the backbenchers and minor parties, and not letting the govt ride roughshod over parliament 👍
