After coming to the conclusion that i really can't hit my adams sc driver, i decided to borrow my mate's 5 wood he had going spare. It turned out it was a dated maple leaf with a black graphite shaft, it had a small head but i prefered my fairway woods with a nimble head. For the first time in ages i felt comfortable hitting a wood off the tee, great ball flight, very forgiving, and great out the rough. Just goes to show big brand names mean nothing if you cant hit the ball with it. That little diamond of a club is staying in my bag, got a feeling its going to pull me out of some tricky situations ;)
