Jon, I find the guys that cheat in bounce games are usually the same bams that cheat when the card is in the back pocket. There was an old guy at my first club who would hit a shank, then a hook, top his 5 iron twice and still chip on and two putt for a 5.

Of course it's not acceptable, particularly with a wager. Golf is not that sort of game. Did you suggest he forgot all about golf and took up solitaire??

late into this one (been in the sun) but:

1 - any game involving money (and I don't care how little) is not a friendly.
2 - a cheat is a cheat, is a cheat. make sure others know.
