iPing Putter App - anyone used it?

Saw on the back of the latest Golf News about a Ping app for putting, called iPing?

I tried it generally but it is temperamental. perhaps its because I dont have a ping putter! haha

Don't you need the iping iphone cradle to attach to your putter shaft though? And surely this will change the weight and feel of your putter??

I made one and it works just fine.

Get a cheap plastic iphone case and super glue one of those rubber shaft clamps you use when regripping your clubs on to the back of it.

Mine works great and i'm still using 3 weeks on

You dont feel the added weight too much because its fitted up high near the pivot point

Ive done the same as jeardley but with a case and some tape.

I've used a bunch of rubber bands!

I'm not sure it's made any difference yet but I'll keep trying for a little longer.

Ping giving the App away for free is great - but £25 for a lump of plastic is taking the p**s isn't it?!?
