Afternoon all,I was at club today for a friendly game with brother in law,he was telling me he had played a pairs comp on Monday and one of the guys was using his iphone app for gps .Is this allowed ?

Hiya, its been done a few times, try the search box, however you got the answer in the first post, it is allowed if there is a local rule as there is at my club and lots of clubs.
