Hi all ive justed joined the forum so thought id introduce myself.My names jeff and ive been playing golf for over 20 years ive given up several times in between and have recently starting playing again after a 2 year break.It always amazes me after 2 years not hitting the ball my old fault of hooking still came back with me lol.I currently play off 11 although this is not an official handicap just amongs my regular sunday golf buddies.Im always over the range trying one thing or another and then go on the net looking at how to cure my faults.Anyway i recently had a lesson over my local course which is nazeing in essex and changed my grip.A week later i scored 48 points off 14 including a hole in 1 and 3 chip ins HONESTLY hence why ive been cut to 11.This was off the yellow tees though and i played the front 9 twice as we were behind 4 members who were slow.This was the best round by far ive ever played and i went to bed that night going through the round shot by shot as you do lol.Ive since played again and only got about 33 points its amazing how it comes and goes i do remember though on the good round i slowed my swing down and was relaxed and my confidence grew as the round went on.Anyway ive rambled on much too long happy golfing!!
