I'm tall, I need longer clubs.

I'm 6'1".
My club set up has changed a few times during my golfing life.
My first adult clubs were standard lie/length (I kept growing until I was 21), I then had CF and they were 2* flat and 1/2 inch long, next CF were 2* upright and 1/2 inch long, recent CF came out as standard lie & length.
All of the changes were due to swing path and technique. Going from too flat to too upright. Now (hopefully) I'm pretty neutral.

Probably your floor to wrist measurement is more important than your actual height, because this is related to the gap your shafts have fill when you take your stance. Ping custom fitting starts from this point! If you are tall with short arms, you will need longer shafts than if you are the same height but with long arms. :)

Ha, not quite.
When I got fitted I came out as green dot (2.25* upright) Played a year like that, never really felt right, sent them back to ping and told them to max out on upright. Now they feel perfect.
