See Homer's advice to the irons question further down the list from yours - it's sound advice - go and try some and see which is best for you.

Expensive
Callaway - anything apart from "tour" irons
Ping - G series irons
Titleist - AP
Mizuno - JPX

Less expensive
Wilson Staff Di9
Cobra ??

I'm not familiar with all the names and models, just make sure you get the "forgiving" model by any of these guys with a regular steel or maybe graphite shaft.

There are lots of great irons out there and some cracking bargains too.

If cost is an issue you could do a lot worse than an older set of Callaways from ebay. I bought a set of X12's for £67 last year and I really like them.
