get my handicap down to 14 by end of summer,should be very attainable seeing as i play to it occassionaly already. Just need to put more consistently and remove those three putts.

Go for it matey, though I must say it takes particular mentality and natural ability to swoop through the h/cap levels rapidly.Lots of work, practice and commitment.
I went from 16 to 12 in a year then to 10 the following year then hit a groove and consistantly dropped to a 6 in less than 2 yrs, then stopped playing as much, had a break, came back with a 9 and have fluctuated from 9 to 7 and back for the last 10 yrs or so.
Still manage to play the game between a 6 and 18 h/c though
