I'm Confused

Competition at the weekend of whites. I'm off 18. Off whites 19, apparently. On entering score into computer I was off 18. I'm totally confused now.

18 = playing handicap
19 = course handicap
18 = competition handicap (95% of course handicap)

Same as recent years. Unless I'm missing something

Course Rating, Course Par, Slope and exact Handicap Index would be helpful if you want an answer.
